COMPETITION RULES
Competition will take place in the following categories:
Individual Trampoline
Team Competition
Synchro Trampoline
Senior Individual Competition ( minimum age 16, maximum age no age limit)
Competition - according to FIG rules and regulations.
Prescribe routine - the routine as prescribed by the FIG for Senior International and Olympic Games.
Junior Individual Competition ( minimum age 11 maximum age 15)
Competition - according to FIG rules and regulations
No prescribed routine only two voluntary routines. Execution plus difficulty mark to count for both routines
Team Competitions
Where a team constitutes four members the three highest scores will be added to get the team score. (scoring according to FIG rules)
Synchro Competition
One Synchro pair within each category. Synchro pairs must be formed from competitors selected to participate in Individual competition.
